these are the special eggs for this year. yep, i only made the moth and half the butterfly, but Easter is a production with 5 kids! thanks to tom for his help!!

SOUP OF THE WEEK: what? no soup?? no soup. but we did make an amazing homemade rice pudding, egg casserole, chocolate chai coffee cake, fruit salad, hashbrowns, and my first ever Babka. i snuck a piece off the bottom to give tom a taste, and he said it was just like his grandma! (every wife aspires to be just like her husband's grandmother)

I love your special eggs!!!! Last year's are my favorite. You bnever cease to amaze me with your many talents. I think in the off season you should try and go back and replicate the ones you made out of real eggs in the early years....
ha! thanks. no, i never wish to see those, but really want to dig out the pics frommine as a child. i remember suzy's zoo. not that i loved the greeting card duck, but imagine trying to find sources without google pics!
